The story behind Devil's Darlin'.

The story behind Devil's Darlin'.

This Design was the VERY first Design on Groove (after the rebranding but that's another story). I wanted to create a brand with some rebellious messages that can makes people want to do whatever they want whenever they want. I wanted people to accept their weird and dark sides and not accept social norms. I really couldn't think of anything else that incapsulates this message more than this design. I was also inspired by a lot of artists I admired in the US.

This Design does not have a very deep meaning you know. It's pretty self explanatory, and it describes where the brand was and is the stepping stone of a message that I am trying until now to polish. I also knew how to draw but I did not have a drawing tablet that i can connect to my PC, so i had to make do with what i have and use some shapes and fonts. This design was a great hit and it still is making a lot of sales. I even had a glitter version but that was when I used vinyl printing (which isn't as great as the type i used now.) I also had them released on  ringer T-shirts which are T-shirts with red cuffs and I am proud to say that i am the first Egyptian brand to do these. They were extremely popular but i stopped making the ringers because I fell out with the manufacturer and couldn't find someone else to make them as good.

Here is the design (hopefully no one steals it):
